Make the Holidays Possible for Families in Need
Since 1991, Passage Home has been committed to providing assistance to homeless and low-income individuals, children and families not just during the holidays, but throughout the year. Last year alone, we served more than 250 families. Our annual Thanksgiving and Christmas meals are ways we can feed those who are hungry and show kindness and support to those who are suffering from misfortune during the holidays.
In 2014 we raised $48,000 during Home for the Holidays. Please consider making a tax-deductible gift to support our work at Passage Home as Thanksgiving and Christmas approach, and help make the holidays possible for families in need. No donation is too small and any amount is greatly appreciated!
What your donation will support:
1. Annual Turkey Drive: We provide 204 clients with a frozen turkey for them to have the opportunity to provide food for their family and celebrate the holiday together.
2. Annual Holiday Baskets: We adopt 47 families in our program to receive a full uncooked Thanksgiving and Christmas meal, including main course, side dishes, desserts and any creative touches from the adopters!
3. Annual Angel Tree program: This year we have over 300 children who are relying on us for a bright Christmas with their most wanted gifts they would not be able to receive otherwise.
4. Annual Santa’s Workshop: Passage Home provides the mothers with the opportunity to come together with each other and their children to wrap presents, receive gift baskets, and participate in family activities with Santa!
