Multi-Family

The quality and affordability of homes directly impact the well-being of its residents those living within them. Homes with peeling lead paint, mold issues, insufficient ventilation or heat directly impact the health of those who reside there. These are all barriers to a child’s development and an adult’s well-being. For example, a child living in a home with insufficient ventilation or mold is much more likely to develop asthma. Asthma is the number one reason for school absenteeism throughout the country. Further miring our families in the cycle of trauma and poverty.
